🔑 Opening doors, unlocking futures: an empowering journey inside Deutsche Bank 🚀  

✨”What does it actually feel like to work in a bank?” For university students still finding their footing in the competitive finance industry, that question can feel worlds away. But with the partnership with Deutsche Bank, we turned that distant question into a tangible reality. 💼

We had the privilege of bringing a group of passionate university students from Teach For Hong Kong, Foundation for Youth Development (FYD), and CareER Association directly into Deutsche Bank’s Hong Kong office for an immersive company visit, offering them a rare, behind-the-scenes glimpse into the engine room of global banking and finance. 🌏

Students stepped far beyond textbooks and into a vibrant corporate environment. They explored the bank’s culture through an exclusive office tour, and engaged in intimate small-group discussions with Deutsche Bank mentors who were truly invested in their growth. Through honest, barrier-breaking conversations, students asked questions, received authentic career advice, and heard firsthand what it really takes to build a meaningful career in banking. The energy in the room was electric: a powerful testament to what happens when cross-sector collaboration meets ambition. 🙌
