Henry is the Account Director for LinkedIn Talent Solutions, a role where he supports enterprise clients to find and hire great people, build skills in employees, and improve employees’ experience.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors in Teach For Hong Kong, an NGO that nurtures leaders to address education inequity, where he previously served as the Chief Executive Officer. With his active engagement in public and community service, he was appointed by the HKSAR government as the Member of the Quality Education Fund Sub-committee, responsible for approving HK$3m+ per funding proposal submitted by local schools and universities to scale up their quality education programmes.

He was previously the Vice President and Head of Greater China in Lynk, a global technology start-up backed by MassMutual Ventures and Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, focusing on bridging expertise for the world’s leading investment houses, top-tier consultancies, and conglomerates. He was responsible for Greater China market expansion and global key account development.

Ernest is an alumnus of the 2016-17 Teach For Hong Kong Fellowship program, during which he taught English at Buddhist Hung Sean Chau Memorial College. After the year, he joined TFHK’s management team and helped secure multiple fundings and partnerships. He remained a staunch supporter of the movement and, together with a group of alumni, convened the TFHK Alumni Association.

Ernest obtained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminology; socio-legal studies at the University of Toronto, a Master’s degree in Psychology at the City University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Hong Kong. He is currently a clinical psychologist at HealthyMind Child Development Centre.

Kenny is Co-Chairman and Co-Founder of KainoQ Capital, a private investment firm focused on seeding and supporting founders of innovations in Asia. He co-founded KainoQ Capital with David Siegel, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Two Sigma, and Lin Wang, veteran private investor from Goldman Sachs and Warburg Pincus.

Kenny is also currently a Board Member of Two Sigma Asia Pacific. He was formerly its CEO and Chairman of Two Sigma China. Two Sigma is one of world’s largest hedge funds. Two Sigma China is the second largest global hedge fund in China.
Earlier in his career, Kenny was Global Partner of McKinsey & Company and a co-leader of its Asia Financial Institutional Practice. Kenny was one of the fastest rising partners of McKinsey, elected as a global partner six years from his start as an analyst.

Kenny has a few public roles. He is a Member of the Board of Advisors of The Wharton School, the School’s most senior board and was a former Chairman of the Executive Board of the Wharton School in Asia. He currently is also Vice-Chairman and Trustee of the Asia Pacific Council of the Nature Conservancy.

Kenny graduated with a finance degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Oxford University. He was the first ever Chinese to be awarded the Joseph Wharton Scholarship. He is a best-selling published author in China with his recent book “Choices” reaching No.4 in e-book sales in China in 2023.

Arthur Shek is the Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Hong Kong office. Arthur has led many significant transformation efforts with multinational companies, conglomerates, and family-owned businesses in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He advises leading companies on topics including strategy, operations, organization, and particularly in recent years, on technology, innovation, and AI.

Arthur is passionate about driving change in Hong Kong. He is a Council Member of the Better Hong Kong Foundation, a Board Member of Junior Achievement Hong Kong, a Steering Committee Member of the Hong Kong Management Association AI Empowerment Centre, as well as a member of the Financial Services Development Council and the Vision 2047 Foundation. Arthur is also a Co-Founder of the Melo Program, a not-for-profit platform dedicated to empowering youth in Hong Kong.

Arthur holds an BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and he is a Past President of the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Hong Kong.

Maggie Luk is the Executive Director of Melo Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation focused on youth development in Hong Kong. She oversees the organisation’s strategy, leads partnerships, and programmes, working with leaders across the business, education, and social sectors.

Maggie brings extensive experience across banking, corporate innovation, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development. Prior to joining Melo Foundation, she held roles at Tencent WeStart Hong Kong and The Mills Fabrica, working with startups, corporates, and entrepreneurs on innovation and business development. Earlier in her career, she spent over seven years at Citi, where she held roles spanning credit analysis, client relationship management, and corporate and digital strategy.

Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
