Founder & Board Chairman
Arnold Chan
Arnold Chan is the Founder of Teach For Hong Kong. Since the start of Teach For Hong Kong in 2015, Arnold has recruited over 100 graduates as Fellows to teach in Hong Kong’s underprivileged schools, serving over 20,000 students.
Previously, Arnold received his MBA from Harvard Business School and has served 3 years as Institutional Sales in Goldman Sachs covering Greater China’s institutional clients such as sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies and corporations. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Arnold served as the captain of the firm’s Community TeamWorks, he led partnership efforts with NGOs to organize interview workshop for secondary school students. He has also worked for Teach For China Development Team and Finance Team and has participated in setting Teach For China’s charity status in Hong Kong, donor strategy and making financial projections for various departments.
With his achievements founding Teach For Hong Kong, Arnold is awarded numerous recognitions, including Forbes 30 Under 30, Generation T List by Hong Kong Tatler, the Asia 21 2016 Class of Young Leaders by Asia Society and Hong Kong Youth Service Award 2016.

Henry Lee
Henry is the Account Director for LinkedIn Talent Solutions, a role where he supports enterprise clients to find and hire great people, build skills in employees, and improve employees’ experience.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors in Teach For Hong Kong, an NGO that nurtures leaders to address education inequity, where he previously served as the Chief Executive Officer. With his active engagement in public and community service, he was appointed by the HKSAR government as the Member of the Quality Education Fund Sub-committee, responsible for approving HK$3m+ per funding proposal submitted by local schools and universities to scale up their quality education programmes.
He was previously the Vice President and Head of Greater China in Lynk, a global technology start-up backed by MassMutual Ventures and Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, focusing on bridging expertise for the world’s leading investment houses, top-tier consultancies, and conglomerates. He was responsible for Greater China market expansion and global key account development.

Ernest Wong
Ernest is an alumnus of the 2016-17 Teach For Hong Kong Fellowship program, during which he taught English at Buddhist Hung Sean Chau Memorial College. After the year, he joined TFHK’s management team and helped secure multiple fundings and partnerships. He remained a staunch supporter of the movement and, together with a group of alumni, convened the TFHK Alumni Association.
Ernest obtained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminology; socio-legal studies at the University of Toronto, a Master’s degree in Psychology at the City University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Hong Kong. He is currently a clinical psychologist at Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups.
