✨ “What does my future look like?”  

✨ “What does my future look like?” is a question that can feel incredibly daunting for a group of F.5 Economics students at Concordia Lutheran School (North Point) as they begin to navigate their pathways.

In the 2025–2026 academic year, we were delighted to partner with AllianceBernstein (AB) for a transformative, three-session Mentorship Programme, providing invaluable real-world exposure and career insights directly to our students. This meaningful initiative was brought to life alongside support from Ms. Tsui and TFHK Alumni Ken So (Fellow 2020-21), who now guides these students as the school’s Careers & Life Planning Master.

Throughout this journey—moving from initial icebreakers and mock interviews to a final case study presentation—students stepped completely out of the classroom and into a dynamic corporate environment.

While they were initially shy and reserved, a beautiful transformation unfolded with every session. Thanks to the patient, gentle guidance of the AB mentors, who constantly encouraged the students to think deeper and trust their own voices, the ice melted into genuine bonds. By the final session, these once-quiet students were standing tall, confidently delivering their own business case studies with clarity and pride.
