🌟 LEVEL 🆙 Fellows Teaching Skills!

In partnership with the Quality School Improvement Project (QSIP) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, we provide our Fellows with a week of professional teaching training. This program equips them with essential skills to understand their responsibilities, master various teaching methods, and effectively manage diverse classroom needs.

Through insights from experienced professors and lecturers, our Fellows, young and passionate future leaders from diverse non-education backgrounds gain the knowledge necessary to thrive in education.

Our Fellows are ready for the upcoming Summer school, a 7-day teaching practice, serves as an excellent platform for them to apply these skills in real classroom settings, embracing a trial-and-error approach to enhance their learning.

This training empowers our Fellows to thrive in their upcoming teaching placements this September!
