Visiting Sau Mau Ping Shopping Centre 🛍️

This year, we were pleased to once again bring students to Sau Mau Ping Shopping Centre, with the support of Link’s asset and property management teams. The visit offered students a valuable opportunity to deepen their understanding of the shopping centre’s daily operations and the people behind them.

🪪 During the visit, students stepped behind the scenes to explore how the shopping centre operates. A highlight was visiting the control room, where students gained a new appreciation for the important role of security in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Many students described this as an eye-opening experience.

👀 They also learned to distinguish between different roles within the shopping centre, including property management and cleaning services, gaining clearer insights into how each function contributes to the overall environment, and opened up new perspectives on possible career pathways. Beyond learning how a shopping centre operates, they were encouraged to reflect on their own future paths and how they can contribute to their communities.
