We impact students while nurturing future leaders
Bringing education equity requires long term and sustainable solutions from all sectors. Teach For Hong Kong Fellowship Program aims to bring systemic changes over the long run while in the short run directly impacting under-resourced students, using a four-stage model.
We recruit promising fresh graduates and young professionals from diverse academic or professional fields who have a passion for education and are ready to lead change as full-time teachers (“Fellows”) at local under-resourced schools for one year.
We offer training and support to our Fellows, including teaching training, coaching, and leadership development, to empower them as unconventional teaching talents with a strong vision for impacting and innovating education.
Fellows reinforce their aspirations to lead change throughout their lives as they witness the impact they have created on students. Their proper grasp of the issue, empathy, and first-hand experience as teachers make them unique future leaders.
We connect and form a community of collective leadership grounded in the common Fellowship experience and the shared mission for education equity to lobby for changes, transform processes, pioneer solutions, and influence cultures in all sectors to bring opportunities to under-resourced students and end education inequity.
