Pinky is responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for all applicants and manages the recruitment of TFHK Fellows. She achieves this by implementing a strategic recruitment process and creating impactful marketing content and strategies

Pinky holds a degree in Social and Public Policy Studies from Lingnan University. Previously, she served as the Assistant Manager of Enactus Hong Kong, where she successfully led a team of young talents in developing and managing a training database for social entrepreneurship workshops. Her valuable experience in marketing and event management within the nonprofit and public sectors has ignited her passion for youth development, particularly in empowering young individuals with innovative ideas to bring about lasting changes in the education sector.

Driven by her desire to continue empowering young people and making a greater impact in youth development, Pinky aspires to pursue coaching as a means to upskill herself and extend her support to more youths.
