Linda Wong
Program Manager
Linda is the Program Manager at Teach For Hong Kong (TFHK), she oversees the Fellowship Program where she nurtures and equips Fellows to become impactful leaders. She serves as a school liaison, supports Fellows' positive impact journey, and acts as a Leadership Development Officer, providing coaching and support for individual growth. Linda designs tailored training sessions, fostering Fellows’ success in school and personal development. She is also involved in TFHK’s recruitment and partnership to promote organizational growth.
Before joining the TFHK team, Linda was a TFHK Fellow (2023-24), teaching at SEMPLE Memorial Secondary School. During her Fellowship journey, she was dedicated to launching a 6-month student mentorship program collaborating with HSBC, developing a compassionate education curriculum for Secondary 2 students, partnering with JUST FEEL, and cultivating a positive learning environment in class to encourage students’ growth mindset.
Previously, she served as the Human Resources Manager at Procter & Gamble, where she led the HKTW talent acquisition and learning and development teams, end-to-end recruitment, and managed talent development.
With her valuable talent development and TFHK Fellowship experience, Linda is passionate about nurturing educational leaders, who can create a long-term impact for more students. She is also passionate about cross-sector collaborations to bring education innovation and resources to underprivileged schools.
