Nat is responsible for managing Teach For Hong Kong’s (TFHK) social media platforms and devising marketing strategies to effectively promote the TFHK Fellowship Program and recruit talented young leaders.  

As a graduate of Social Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Nat has participated in various community projects and collaborated with different NGOs to address social issues, such as the limited living conditions in subdivided flats. With her design skills, she also completed a summer internship in Japan as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Executive, gaining experience in a different work culture.

With her design experience, Nat aspires to share TFHK values with the public and enhance their understanding of the education system, as well as encourage passionate young talents to join the Fellowship Program and contribute to education equity.

Outside of work, Nat enjoys digital painting and urban dance. She is also learning Japanese to build up her multilingual skills.
