Our one-year, full-time paid Fellowship is a Leadership Development Program designated to give aspiring changemakers like yourself the opportunity to develop your skills and understanding of the education system.
By joining the Fellowship, you will lead, inspire and impact classrooms and communities, and create transformational change in your leadership and education in Hong Kong.
All university graduates (2023 or earlier) and working professionals aged under 35 are welcome to apply.

We welcome Fellows who are citizens of Hong Kong and are willing to make change for Hong Kong upon Fellowship
Ongoing Training And Development
We value novel ideas coming from diverse backgrounds; you will receive 6-week educator’s training and continuous leadership training
Career Support
We provide regular education & career workshops; network with leaders from different sectors
Fellowship In A Nutshell
Teaching Experience
In these 10 months, you will teach a class of students and design Extra-Curricular Activities for them.
Professional Development
You will attend training and receive coaching and mentorship as part of your leadership development every Friday.

Our Fellowship Cohort
A majority of our Fellows graduated from local universities and studied a wide range of disciplines. Some of our Fellows hailed from overseas universities across USA, the UK and Singapore. They will leverage their experience abroad to enrich the exposure of their students.
In addition, over 30% of our Fellows have working experience prior to joining our Fellowship Program.
Our Alumni Pathway
Our Alumni community has now grown to more than 140 people. Alumni continue their journey of leadership both within and beyond the classroom - with their first-hand understanding of Hong Kong’s education realities, and deepened connections with students, they pursue careers across sectors, where they continue to work towards our shared vision of a society in which all children are able to realize their potential.
