Aiman supports grant applications, manages funding and partnerships, and leads marketing initiatives such as alumni interviews and website management.

Aiman has a passion for storytelling and youth development. As a recent Journalism and Politics and Public Administration graduate from The University of Hong Kong, she has completed multiple journalism internships, honing her skills in effective communication. Her commitment to empowering ethnically diverse youths in Hong Kong is evident through her involvement with Project Empowerment, a youth-led organization where she leads a young team of diverse talents to carry out career guidance and youth engagement initiatives. 

At TFHK, Aiman utilizes her expertise to connect resources, drive youth leadership projects, and amplify the achievements of TFHK alumni to inspire others to follow in their footsteps to create a lasting social change.

Outside of work, Aiman enjoys immersing herself in the local cafe scene, embarking on spontaneous adventures, and embracing new cultures.
