As the Partnership and Marketing Manager at Teach For Hong Kong (TFHK), Christy develops, plans, and executes program, marketing, and fundraising activities with the Fellowship Team. She also builds and maintains strong relationships with TFHK's partners and supporters.

With a deep passion for fostering impactful change through education and nonprofit work, Christy holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong. Over six years in international and local NGOs, she has excelled in funder communication, program coordination, and stakeholder partnerships at organizations like JUST FEEL, MINDSET Hong Kong, and Amnesty International—launching successful fundraising pilots, coordinating global campaigns, and raising awareness for causes from human rights to mental health education.

Christy was inspired by TFHK through her time as the Fundraising and Marketing Manager at JUST FEEL, an NGO founded by TFHK alumni, where passionate educators ignited her commitment to educational equity. Christy now channels her expertise at TFHK to drive lasting social transformation in Hong Kong's education landscape.

Outside of work, Christy enjoys traveling, reading, and crafting coffee as a barista.
