River is the Co-Executive Director of Teach For Hong Kong (TFHK), driving the organization's strategic direction and development. She oversees TFHK’s fellowship program and leads the organization’s marketing and fundraising efforts. 

With more than 10 years of experience in the commercial and social enterprise sector, she brings a wealth of expertise in business development, program innovation, and cross-sector collaboration to promote sustainable development within her role.

As a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, River leverages her professional credentials to cultivate a community of young leaders who are catalysts in advancing educational equity. She is a certified Leadership and Life Coach (ACF, Coach U, University of Sunderland in HK), Mindfulness Coach (IMMA), DISC and Driving Forces Analyst (TTI Success Insight ®), DISC games, Six6side® and !nside Cards® Professional Facilitator (ACF, Cambridge International College) and ESG Planner CEP® (ICSD Global).

Beyond her work, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and dancing. She also volunteers as a business mentor for Junior Achievement and Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs.
