As the Program Director of Teach For Hong Kong, River is responsible for program development, leadership development of fellows, as well as marketing and fundraising events. With more than 10 years of experience in the commercial sector, she brings a wealth of expertise in business development, product innovation, client relations, and cross-sector collaboration to promote sustainable development within her role.

In addition to her professional work, River is passionate about youth and talent development. She is a volunteer mentor for JAHK and is pursuing certifications in executive coaching, mindfulness coaching, and ESG planning.
