Eligibility

- Welcome to university students from any discipline and working professionals to participate.
- ● Aged 35 or under as of 31 Dec 2026

● Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field
● Have graduated or will be graduating latest by 2026
● Have work authorization in Hong Kong (HKPR/IANG Visa)

Application Process

Online Application (5 Minutes)

You need to submit basic information, including your contact details, professional and academic background.

Individual Video Interview (20 Minutes)

You share your education vision and personal experiences with us through a one-way video interview.

Assessment Day (Physical/ Virtual)

You join other applicants to take part in a group-based tasks to exchange your ideas and demonstrate your leadership style.

Offer & Onboarding

After receiving our offer, you will take part in onboarding events to better understand your cohort community and gain insight into your Fellowship journey.

Application Period

We recruit on a rolling basis. Early applicants will have advantage in the school placement process.
