Our Fellows Successfully Graduated from the 25-26 Fellowship Program! 🎓Thank Fellows for your dedication to education equity in Hong Kong this past year ✨

Over the past year, 15 passionate Fellows have poured their hearts into teaching and learning alongside their students. Through moments of doubt, tears, and laughter, one thing has remained constant: their commitment to support student growth and drive positive change in Hong Kong’s education system ❤️‍🔥 Thank you for your relentless effort, resilience, and openness to trying new ideas to create better learning environments for our students.

This year, our Fellows served in 9 partner schools, participated in over 230 hours of leadership training, deepening their understanding of under-resourced students and inspiring innovative approaches to education. They taught in 9 high-need schools, leading initiatives such as career exploration and social emotional learning to widening students exposure and allowing them to realise their potential. We are also deeply grateful to the schools, partner organisations, and volunteers whose support made every initiative more impactful and meaningful.
