Rachael has been with TFHK since 2020 and is responsible for the growth marketing, branding, and Fellowship recruitment work. In her capacity under the Marketing and Recruitment team, she successfully grew the Fellowship applicants from 740 to 1,500+ for 2021-22 Fellowship intake. Before joining TFHK, she was based in Singapore as the National Director of Global Entrepreneur and Organisational Development at AIESEC.
