Our Approach
Bringing education equity requires both short term impact and long term solutions
Our four-stage model aims to bring systemic changes over the long run while in the short run directly impacting underprivileged students through leadership empowerment and cross-sector collaboration.
Stage 1
Recruit Promising And Diverse Talents
We recruit high-caliber and passionate university graduates who are ready to lead the change. They start by teaching underprivileged students for a year as our Fellows. The transformative teaching experience cultivates their life-long commitment for education equity.
Stage 2
Support Fellows To Make Impacts In The Classroom
We host trainings and development workshops for our Fellows regularly and support them to provide quality education to underprivileged students. They work inside and outside of the classroom through subject teaching, extracurricular activities, and life and career education.
Stage 3
Cultivate Long-Term Leadership of Influence
Fellows reinforce their aspirations to lead life-long changes as they witness the impact they have created on students. Their right grasp of issue, empathy, and first-hand experience as teachers render them as unique future leaders.
Stage 4
Nurture A Community Of Leaders To Create Sustainable and Scalable Changes
We connect and form a community of collective leadership, grounded in the common Fellowship experience and shared vision for education equity, to lobby changes, pioneer solutions, and influence cultures in all sectors to bring opportunities for underprivileged students, ultimately ending education inequity.
