We are seeking an experienced Head of Strategy and Partnership to lead and optimize our strategic fundraising and marketing initiatives, foster collaborative relationships, and drive overall organizational growth and impact. This role requires a strong focus on strategic planning, relationship and fundraising management, and effective execution of partnership initiatives.

Fundraising & Partnership
Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to strengthen and diversify funding sources.
Establish systems and processes for effective donor relationship management, including capturing key donor data, identifying engagement opportunities, and tracking donations.
Incubate and support initiatives led by TFHK Fellows and alumni that drive social impact by facilitating access to resources, mentorship, and funding opportunities
Manage day-to-day communications and relationship-building with sponsors, donors, partners, TFHK Fellows and alumni to ensure a good and trusted collaboration spirit is shared with these stakeholders.
Craft persuasive, mission-aligned proposals and deliver a compelling pitch presentation.
Providing data-driven insights on social impact to stakeholders and demonstrating how investments contribute to organisational goals through regular reports & presentations with close collaboration with the Program Team.
Collaborate with Finance to align budgets and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Develop processes to ensure grant tracking, compliance, and reporting are efficient and well-documented.
Marketing & Branding
Develop marketing initiatives (online/ offline) with the objectives to raise the organization’s profile and to drive the recruitment and retention of sponsors, donors, partners, TFHK Fellows and alumni.
Monitor and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/ or vendors to develop quality marketing and branding materials and implement promotions via events, PR, social media, eDM, annual report and brand website etc.
Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and implement innovative strategies to optimise the outcome and target.

5+ years in grant management/ business development/ sales and marketing with proven success in securing funds, nurturing relationships, fundraising events & communications.
In-depth knowledge of charities and fundraising strategies, grant compliance skills, public relations.
Experience in managing budgets and resources allocation, initiative incubation, proposal writing, relationship management and project management.
Experience in nonprofit organizations or the education sector is a plus.
