Administrative Officer (Part Time/ Full Time)

We are seeking an Administrative Officer (2-5 Days/ Week) to join our team. In this position, you will provide essential administrative support across various functions, including financial administration, human resources, office and project management.

    • Administrative Support: Provide secretarial assistance and manage various office administration duties.

    • Financial Administration: Conduct online bookkeeping and process invoices/receipts while tracking expenditures.

    • Human Resources: Handle HR tasks, including payroll, MPF, attendance tracking, employee onboarding, and contract management.

    • Office Management: Organize office supplies and ensure a clean and efficient work environment.

    • Document Management: Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.

    • Program Operations: Assist with the coordination and implementation of program activities, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

    • Tertiary degree holder or above, with prior knowledge/ experience in administration/ HR/ finance, or a related field, focusing on secretarial support.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with online bookkeeping software is a plus.

    • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and a good team player.
